It was Holi-day while we were there, everyone buys these bags of colored powder & then mix with water. We saw many colorful people...but like anything it can get out of hand. I guess when the men get drinking and having water & color fight it can get ugly!! Didn't see many women participating!! Thailand also has a water festival in April...but no color!
