Welcome to our India adventure...we thought we had a pretty good idea what we were getting into...were we ever fooled! We traveled with one of the young teachers that we worked with this winter, Nadia Hanney. We decided to travel on a tour to be on the safe side, so we left Bangkok & headed to Kolcota (Calcutta) then to Delhi, next to Srinagar in northern India. Where we stayed on a houseboat, then camped & trek in the Himalayas. Second week we traveled from Delhi to Agra, to Jaipur and then to Bikaner where we rode camels into the desert & camped over night! We did this second part all by car, so we were able to see India first hand from the road. So grab a cup of something and take your time looking through our pictures...I tried not to miss anything!!
